Privacy Policy
Your data, explained simply.
We know privacy policies are usually painful to read. We've tried to write one that isn't. Last updated: March 2026.
What we collect
Right now, the only data we collect is your email address, when you sign up to our waitlist. That's it. We don't use tracking pixels, we don't fingerprint your browser, and we don't collect anything you don't give us voluntarily.
Once BeyondCourt launches, we will also collect match footage, stats, and performance data that you generate using our camera and app. This will all be covered in an updated policy before launch.
How we use it
- →To send you product updates and launch news (only what you signed up for)
- →To contact you about early access when we're ready to ship
- →To understand roughly how many people are interested (aggregate count only, no individual profiling)
What we don't do
- ✗We do not sell your email address or any personal data to third parties
- ✗We do not share your data with advertisers
- ✗We do not send spam. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to delete your data at any time. Just send us an email and we'll remove your information within 7 days.
You can also ask to see what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop processing it. We comply with GDPR.
How we store it
Waitlist email addresses are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use reputable third-party services to manage our communications and only grant them access to the minimum data needed to do the job.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll note the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes, email you a heads up. We won't quietly change the rules.
